Chef Abri
A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Abri Chavira has built an enviable reputation among high-end clients as a personal chef for VIPs and A-listers in both the business world and the entertainment industry. His passion for film and culinary pursuits frequently come together in a gourmet catering business and a specialty event production company.
You’ll find Chef Abri Chavira in the kitchen at great wineries and stunning venues up and down the gorgeous California Coast, but you won’t find him on email. Chef Abri’s approach is always hands-on and his belief in commitment to mentorship runs deep. So, with only 24 hours in a day and several balls to juggle, something’s got to give. And that’s never the food.
As the founder of Consortio Napa Valley, Chef Abri works side-by-side on a talented team with trusted partner Juan, performing his creative magic at intimate dinner parties, lavish soirées, and private cooking classes for guests of Cultured Vine.
Chef Juan
A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in 2007, Juan Montes has 5 years of experience working for Marriott hotel. He joined Apple Inc and worked there for 5 more years.
Bay Area born, Juan has extensive private event experience all down the California coast to Beverly Hills. He also has worked with Fry’s on their PGA FRYS Invitational Golf Tournaments for several consecutive years.
When Juan isn’t busy crafting in the kitchen, he has a passion for fishing and playing basketball in his free time.
